Welcome! These terms explain the rules for using QuickScheduleAI. We've written them in plain language so they're easy to understand.

🔒 Don't want to sign in? You don't have to. Use the Download ICS option to get your events as a file and import them into any calendar app — no account needed, nothing stored on our end.
1. What QuickScheduleAI Does
QuickScheduleAI lets you:
- Type, paste, or upload schedules, emails, or documents
- Have AI automatically pull out event names, dates, and times
- Add those events to your Google Calendar in one click
- Download events as an ICS file for any calendar app
- Get a confirmation email with your calendar events attached
2. Who Can Use It
- You must be at least 13 years old. Under 18? You should have a parent's permission.
- You need a Google account to use the calendar sync feature.
- You must use the app honestly and only for scheduling purposes.
3. Signing In With Google
- We use Google Sign-In — we never see or store your Google password.
- You can disconnect our access to your Google account anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
4. Google Calendar
✅ We only create new events when you ask. We never read, edit, or delete anything already in your Google Calendar.
We have no access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or any other Google service.
5. AI Accuracy
⚠️ AI is smart but not perfect. Always double-check your extracted events before adding them to your calendar — especially dates and times. We are not responsible for missed appointments due to extraction errors.
6. Your Content
- You own everything you upload. We only use it to extract your events.
- Uploaded files are deleted from our servers right after processing.
- Please don't upload sensitive documents like medical records, financial statements, or confidential business files.
7. Fair Use Rules
Please don't use QuickScheduleAI to:
- Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
- Try to hack or disrupt the app
- Access other people's accounts or data
- Resell or commercially redistribute the service
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended.
8. Service Availability
- We do our best to keep the app running smoothly at all times.
- Occasionally we may need to update or take the app offline briefly for maintenance.
- We're not liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime.
9. Our Responsibility
QuickScheduleAI is provided free of charge as-is. We are not liable for:
- Missed appointments from AI extraction errors
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Any indirect or consequential damages from using the app
10. Deleting Your Account
You can stop using QuickScheduleAI anytime. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at stemtosuccessin@gmail.com — we'll take care of it within 7 days.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Harris County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app means you accept any updates.
