We keep this simple. QuickScheduleAI helps you turn text, emails, and documents into calendar events — fast. Here's exactly what we do and don't do with your information.
✅ We never sell, share, or use your data for advertising. Ever.
🔒 Prefer not to sign in? No problem — you can use QuickScheduleAI without a Google account. Just use the Download ICS option to save your events as a file and import them into any calendar app yourself. No sign-in, no data stored.
1. What We Collect
- If you sign in with Google: Your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account.
- If you add events to Google Calendar: We create events on your behalf only. We never read, edit, or delete your existing calendar events.
- Content you paste or upload: Text, emails, or documents you submit for event extraction. These are processed immediately and not saved after extraction is done.
- Your extracted events: Saved to your account so you can view your history.
- Basic usage info: Which features you use, to help us improve the app.
2. How We Use It
- To extract calendar events from your content using AI.
- To add those events to your Google Calendar when you ask.
- To send you a downloadable ICS file by email if you request it.
- To keep your event history in your account.
- To improve how accurately the AI reads schedules.
3. Google Calendar Access
We only create events — we never read, change, or delete anything already in your Google Calendar. We have no access to Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google service.
You can remove our access to your Google account anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Your Data Is Safe
- Everything is sent over secure HTTPS encryption.
- Files you upload are deleted from our servers right after processing.
- Your account data is stored securely in an encrypted database.
- We never expose your data or API credentials publicly.
5. Who We Work With
We use a small number of trusted services to run the app:
- Google — Sign-in and Calendar access
- OpenAI — AI event extraction
- Supabase — Secure database
- Render / Bluehost — App hosting
- SendGrid — Email delivery
None of these partners receive your data for advertising purposes.
6. Kids & Age
QuickScheduleAI is designed for parents, students, and school staff. Users must be at least 13 years old. Children under 13 should not use this app. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, email us and we'll delete their data immediately.
7. Your Rights

- ✅ Delete your account and all data anytime
- ✅ Disconnect Google Calendar anytime
- ✅ Export your event history on request

8. Cookies
We only use a basic session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party analytics.
9. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
