StemToSuccess began as a club during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, founded by Ronak Hiwale and Riona Hiwale with a simple belief: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. As the initiative grew, it evolved into a nonprofit organization, empowering students in the Greater Houston Area through in-person programs and reaching learners worldwide through virtual and remote education. Driven by a passion for education and community impact, our dedicated volunteers, coaches, and mentors donate their time to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed — from Houston Area through in-person programs to communities across the globe through virtual learning.
